Registration Fee


Registration Types

1. As author (for full paper)
You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then your paper will be published into the conference proceedings if accepted, plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference as well.

Registration fee included: 12 minutes Oral presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A; Paper publication; Attendance to all sessions; Conference program; Name tag; Certificate of presentation; Conference bag; Lunch and coffee breaks

2. As presenter/poster (for abstract)
You need to submit the abstract of your paper to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your paper as oral presention / poster if it passes the review.

Registration fee included: 12 minutes Oral presentation / Poster Presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A; Attendance to all sessions; Conference program; Name tag; Certificate of presentation; Conference bag; Lunch and coffee breaks.

3. As audience
You’re simply required to contact us via email before the symposium.

Important Notice:
1. Each accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one author registration, otherwise it will be excluded from Conference Proceedings. Each paid registration covers only one paper and one attendee.One author registration covers one paper submission (conference proceedings) and one author attendance only.
2. One regular registration can cover a paper with 4-8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
3. Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Additional Paper Fee (380 USD) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
4. The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.
5. Delegates should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender's Side.
6. The conference papers will be submitted for publication on time, and the publishing press will submit the proceedings to major database, such as EI, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other databases. Since the database has the right to selected for inclusion in the engineering database, so we can not make any guarantee for any index. Please consider clearly before registering.

Cancellation Policy:
Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted via email. It should be noted that the organizing committee cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, campus conditions, travel disruptions, visa issues, or health-related concerns.
Attendees wish to cancel their conference registration and seek a refund for personal reasons, the following policy regarding refunds will be applied:
1. Cancellation made 60 days prior of the conference date, 100% of the payment will be refunded. (Bank/transaction fee charged by the third party will not applied)
2. If cancellation is initiated at least 30 days prior of the conference date, a refund equivalent to 50% of the payment made will be issued.
3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference start date.
4. All no shows will not be eligible for refunds.

If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason, the conference committee encourages you to send a substitute in your place, someone who is one of the co-authors or from the same institute/organization.
